Q. Can I sign up for this program from other countries?

No, this program is ONLY open to those in the United States and Canada

Q. Do I have to pay for the cd program?

No, you do not have to pay for the cd program. The only thing you pay for is shipping each packet back for the next one to be shipped to you. This runs around $1.42 per pkg. 

Q. What happens if I don't send the packet back?

If you do not ship the packet back, you will not receive another until the previous one is sent back.

Q. How long do I have to finish the program?

That depends on you, there is no set time. It is set up for you to do it as YOUR time allows. We do recommend that you try to finish the program in 2 months, so that you can receive the products faster to try.

Q. Is there some catch to this program?

No, it's just as it's presented to you. You do not have to pay or join anything to participate.

Q. Do I really get to pick the $100 in free natural products of my choice?

Yes, we will send you a catalog and you can be looking over this as you go through the program. Once you have completed the program, YOU pick out the products you want at retail price.

Q. What products do I get to choose from?

You can choose from our natural vitamins, natural supplements, natural herbs, green cleaning products, natural weight loss products, natural and safe skin care (paba free) and safe vitamin enriched cosmetics, personal care, water filters, hair care and more.

Q. Do I have to pay shipping on the products?

No, You do not have to pay one single penny for the products or shipping

Q. How will I place my order?

Once you have completed the program, you will receive an notice that you have completed it. Once this is done, you will need to have your list of products ready that you would like to receive. I will contact you and place the order for you. And your order will be shipped directly to you.

Q. Do I have to order or join anything during the program?

No, You do not have to join or purchase anything at all. This is simply a way for you to listen, learn and earn for free and see if the products are right for you.

Q. Will people be calling me asking me to join or purchase anything?

No, no one will be calling you asking you to join or purchase anything of any kind. The ONLY person that will contact YOU is ME. I will simply send out a card each month to you asking if you need anything, how things are going and letting you know that if you have ANY questions, I will be happy to help.

Q. What if I want to purchase or join during the course of the program?

That is strictly up to you. If YOU feel that our products are what you are looking for, then at any time you can contact me and I will help you.

Q. What countries do you offer this program in?

Right now we only send to the U.S. and Canada.

Q. What if there is a CD in the packet I would like to keep?

If you happen to want to keep one of the cd's in the packet, simply send $1.00 in your return packet. This is to help replace that cd. and the cd is yours to keep.

Q. What if I start the program and I have a friend or someone who would like to try it too?

If you have a family member, neighbor or friend that says. Oh, I would like to try that, simply contact me and I will take care of that person for you. PLUS for every 5 people that YOU refer to me to start the program, and they complete it, YOU receive another $100 in FREE products!

Q. What would be the one thing that can keep me from being able to participate in this program?

The one thing that you CANNOT do is, be a member, customer of  or another Shaklee Independent Distributor. This program is only open to our team and cannot be done by other members or distributors.
